Our Story

In 2016 the first D2C-Brand of our company was created by our founder. In the last 6 years, a small idea developed into an internationally successful company with satisfied customers in more than 50 countries. Over time, other successful brands were created in various product categories and Alloi-Brands was born. With the goal of replicating our success strategy, we start our projects at the first idea and develop them into an internationally successful company - 100% Made in Darmstadt. Brands from our company reach several million customers every year, always with the same goal: to offer high-quality products directly from the manufacturer in previously underrepresented online-markets. For us the most important thing is excellent quality, a very good price-performance, a special presentation of our products online, easy handling for our customers and a 48-hour delivery period - worldwide! We regularly identify markets of interest for our model through comprehensive analysis of key sales, trend and market indicators. In the Alloi-Team, we decide to launch a new brand every 6 months!

Alloi comes from the English term "alloy", which means alloy. This represents us: We combine our expertise and know-how from our 4 core areas to create high-quality alloys, resulting in unique brands.

We continuously develop and improve our brands and their products in order to set new standards not only in terms of functionality and quality, but also in terms of comfort and user-friendliness.
Conceptual and structural planning are part of the daily operational business of our sales department just like monitoring and analyzing the sales and KPIs of each brand and product.
Seamless management in production and supply chain ensures professional product supply to our customers in Europe and the USA. That's why we manage all communication with manufacturers internally - from initial contact to placing orders.
In addition to outstanding product quality, we attach great importance to a special presentation of our products. We show our products and their USPs in an authentic and eye-catching way. Thus we give each of our brands a consistent and professional appearance

"Back in 2016, I founded my first direct-to-consumer company. After 6 years of experiences, more successful startups and company sales, my focus and passion is still in D2C e-commerce. With Alloi-Brands we try to make a success story out of our daily work in this very dynamic industry and reach people all over the world with our brands. In addition to the day-to-day management tasks, I lead the Sales & Marketing department of our portfolio brands in Europe and North America. Together with my team, we strive for ambitious goals, show strength in implementation and have the courage to implement even unconventional ideas."

The presentation of our brands

Reference project SOLiD. - SOLID. was founded by Christian Daum in 2016, when the passionate hobby craftsman himself embarked on the arduous search for optimal protective equipment. Without further ado, he decided to produce the first product himself - a respiratory protection mask - and in this way realise his idea of high-quality and at the same time affordable protective equipment. Just one year later, the company expanded with deliveries to other European countries, followed by the USA in 2018. This developed into a product portfolio of eye protection, respiratory protection and hearing protection to protect everyone's senses.

In 2021, SOLiD. was acquired by Boosted Commerce. Boosted Commerce is an internationally active private equity company that will continue the success story with immediate effect.
